Shipping Policy

We can ship your products to Amazon FREE OF CHARGE. That means, you can create UPS labels or schedule a freight pick up directly from your Amazon Seller account. Your Amazon account will be billed for said service. Reach for the Sales takes no responsibility for any expenses in the shipping process if you choose this method. We do not charge for the processing of merchandise otherwise known as FBA Prep. This free service we offer does not include applying ASIN stickers or labels to your merchandise. We will offer labeling service free of charge on orders of 100 individual units or less or orders requiring less then 1 hour of manual labor to complete. Over 100 units and over 1 hour of labor, should you chose for us to process your order, additional fees of $0.25 per label and $15 per hour of labor involved will be billed to your account.

The Checkout page will only display the shipping methods available for your order. If you change your address or the contents of your shopping bag so that your order no longer qualifies for your shipping choice, the site will ask you to edit your order before you proceed to Checkout.

The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents of your order and your shipping destination.

Please be aware that certain products will have restrictions on shipping options. Certain products may be heavily restricted on Amazon an so therefore shipping to Amazon may not be an option that we offer. Certain products we are only selling by the pallet and so shipping by freight is the only available option.

Orders may be shipped where applicable with any of our preferred carriers: US Postal Service, Ups Ground and a variety of freight companies. We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier. Packages will ship by that method only when allowable under Department of Transportation guidelines.

If you need your your package sooner we do offer faster shipping within the US Only. Alaska, Hawaii & Us Territories Excluded. You can select from Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, Priority Mail and expedited freight. Please call our customer care service for additional shipping rates.

Our packages are picked up by the end of every business day from our distribution center. Packages are not picked up or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Orders that are shipped with our faster service shipping are usually delivered by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we don't guarantee delivery by a specific time of day.

Please note all items are not stocked at our distribution center. Some items and most date sensitive items have to be ordered from a distributor once an order is placed. This can delay your order another 3-5 business days before it ships. If you place an order and the product is currently out of stock, you will be contacted by a customer service care representative to inform you of any delays. Availability dates for items on orders are estimates, and are not guaranteed.
